*Description: This is a great vintage Coro hand carved shell cameo brooch from the 1950s or before. The gold vermeil over silver oval brooch is slightly domed and has a floral motif. The center of the brooch is a bezel set lady facing left, hand carved out of shell. I tested the brooch and the surface metal is 10K gold and in addition to the gold silver also was present under the gold vermeil. This would be a great addition to your vintage jewelry collection or make a great vintage gift!
