*Description: This is a great Arthur Pepper, "Art", Zodiac brooch entitled LIBRA with a beautiful pink rhinestone and on the back are the Libra dates Sept. 23 to Oct. 22 and his hallmark ART at the top. The brooch has the Libra scales on the front and the pink rhinestone is oval. This would be a great addition to your vintage jewelry collection or make a great vintage gift!
