Book Chain Orange Gold Cabochon Lucite Belt or Long Necklace, Gold Robin's Egg Cabs, 36", 1960s Vintage Jewelry

*Description: This is a beautiful mid-century book chain long necklace or belt with Lucite cabochons in orange, white, and gold from the 1950s to 1960s. There are five large filigree framed Lucite cabochon pendants along the necklace or belt and at one end. The belt or necklace is completely book chained with cabochons throughout the entire piece. This jewelry is very rare. Most of the belt looks new but there is a little wear on the last pendant on the opposite side of the hook clasp. Please review photos carefully. Due to the amount of book chain, the belt or necklace is substantial at 8.8 ounces. It is 36 inches of wearable length. If worn as a necklace, you could move the hook anywhere along the book chain to adjust the tail with the pendant on the end. The last pendant is design with a cabochon on both side. This is a rare runway piece and would be a great addition to your vintage jewelry collection or make a great vintage gift!
