*Description: This is a sweet eight gemstones scarab circular brooch made by UNCAS MANUFACTURING CO. in 1950 where the brooch was stamped with CC inside a ball with a hand holding the ball. The brooch is 1/20 12K Gold Filled and has eight gemstones. This is the way each gemstone measured on my Presidium gem tester: Pink - Quartz, Lavender - Amethyst, Tiger's Eye - Quartz, Green Marbled - Chrysoprase, White - Iolite, Red - Garnet, Green - Jadeite, and Black - Quartz. Each gemstone falls within the range of similar hardness on the gem tester. Each stone is prong set in the gold filled setting. This would be a great addition to your vintage jewelry collection or make a great vintage gift!
