*Description: This is a beautiful Eisenberg Ice Christmas Tree brooch from the 1960s. This brooch is featured on page 54 of "Christmas Tree Pins O Christmas Tree" by Nancy Yunker Trowbridge. Trowbridge explains that "this is a wonderful green enameled tree with rhinestones, garlands set in gold." This brooch is gold plated and there is some wear around the edges on the back. Eisenberg Ice had jewelry from the years 1935 to 2002. The jewelry was created originally because Eisenberg jewelry decorations were taken from clothing that had jewelry sewed into the original garment. Due to this fact Eisenberg began selling and designing jewelry pieces sold alone. This would be a great addition to your vintage jewelry collection or make a great vintage gift!
