*Description: This is a gorgeous green rhinestone, two tiered brooch on a gold plated background with aurora borealis rhinestones from the 1960s. The center stone is an aurora borealis green blue rhinestone chaton which is surrounded by green marquise cut petals and aurora borealis chatons between each petal. This top layer is attached to the bottom layer on the back with several bars which are covered with the gold plate. The bottom layer is an addition of marquise cut green rhinestones which are more flat and also have the aurora borealis rhinestone chatons in between each petal. The brooch is substantial and weighs 1.3 Ounces. It is lovely and would be a great addition to your vintage jewelry collection or make a great vintage gift!
