*Description: This is a very special necklace from the 1940s or before with gray hand cut crystal beads on wire which has been hand wrapped. There are two flowers which are end pieces and tested both silver and gold so I believe they are silver on the inside which has been dipped in gold, called vermeil. Each of the tiny beads are all individual sizes due to the hand cutting. They tested on my Presidium Gem Tester as quartz. There is a black bead on the end of the extension chain. It is a dainty necklace, light in weight, with a lot of hand work. This would be a great addition to your vintage jewelry collection or make a great vintage gift!
