Laurel Burch "Hieroglyphic" Cats, Cloisonne Red Enamel, Gold Plated, 1980s Vintage Jewelry

*Description: This is a rare pair of Laurel Burch earrings entitled "Hieroglyphic Cats" from the 1980s. The earrings are gold plated and have cloisonne outlines in gold plate with enamel in red, lavender, orange, black and white. This design with three cats on each earring in a near rectangular shape are eye catching. The ear wires are slightly mis-shaped but otherwise, they are in very good condition. They do show wear on the back around the edges and a few knicks in the enamel but still look nice.
This would be a great addition to your vintage jewelry collection or make a great vintage gift!
This amazing artist, Laurel Burch, is known for her colorful designs, many of which were created from her paintings, quality gold plated & enamel jewelry and using a cloisonné technique on her jewelry. All of her vintage jewelry is highly collectible and loved by many, including myself.

*Condition: Very good vintage condition. May see tiny dings in enamel and plating or see signs of wear under magnification on the backs particularly around the edges. Some of the earrings in this design and others have a tiny gold colored bead on the ear wires, these do not. See photos for details.
