*Description: This is a beautiful Laurel Burch "Shambala" cat brooch in two shades of red; medium red and darker metallic red from the 1980s. This brooch is in the Shambala design with gold plated cloisonné with two shades of red enamel, all outlined in gold. This is a perfect brooch for a cat or animal lover. The original paper card is with the brooch and this is where the brooch was stored when not worn. The brooch shows very little wear. This would be a great addition to your vintage jewelry collection or make a great vintage gift!
This amazing artist, Laurel Burch, is known for her colorful designs, many of which were created from her paintings, quality gold plated & enamel jewelry and using a cloisonné technique on her jewelry. All of her vintage jewelry is highly collectible and loved by many, including myself.
