*Description: This is a beautiful and unique set of Sorrento hand carved shell earrings in 12K GF from the 1950s. Sorrento's jewelry was gold filled or sterling silver. Each earring is a unique design due to the hand carving of the shell. The cameo is framed in a filigree design. There are clips on the back of each and each earring only weighs about .1 ounce so they are very comfortable on your ears. This would be a great addition to your vintage jewelry collection or make a great vintage gift!
