*Description: This is a beautiful Star choker necklace and matching clip on earrings set from the 1950s. The necklace and earrings have a cream faux pearl in an oval shape which in the lights has a light yellow hue. The surrounding rhinestones are aurora borealis and all stones are in place. The faux pearls and rhinestones are on a gold tone backing and the earrings are stamped STAR on the back of the clasps. This would be a great addition to your vintage jewelry collection or make a great vintage gift!
The exact dates of the jewelry company Star are unknown, however, most of the jewelry we find today was sold through the 1940s to 1960s. The hallmark was STAR in raised capital letters.
