*Description: This is a beautiful Vendome light blue and gold crystal beaded clip on earrings from the 1960s. The clips are stamped VENDOME and are adjustable. Each earring has gold plated leaves. This would be a great addition to your vintage jewelry collection or make a great vintage gift!
According to Julia C Carroll, of Costume Jewelry 101, she states, “In 1944, Coro began producing jewelry marked “Vendome”, the name of a city in France. Like Coro Craft, the name Vendome is associated with higher-end Coro designs. Most Vendome jewelry was produced after 1953. The head designer of Vendome jewelry was Helen Marion. She is responsible for creative designs that used crystals in innovative and beautiful ways.”
