The Judy Lee hallmark was first used in 1958. The company stopped making costume jewelry in the 1980s. Judy Lee jewelry was produced by the Blanchette company based in Chicago, IL. The jewelry was sold through home parties, similar to Sarah Coventry. Judy Lee jewelry is usually high quality and the designs often include expensive art glass stones.
