*Description: This is a gorgeous Sherman green rhinestone wreath brooch from the 1960s. The brooch has medium green, emerald green, and aurora borealis green blue rhinestones in a layered design on a rhodium plated backing. It is stamped Sherman on the back. This would be a great Christmas brooch or one that you could wear all year around. This would be a great addition to your vintage jewelry collection or make a great vintage gift!
Sherman & Co was a Canadian jewelry company in which collectors seek signed jewelry because the company only used high-quality materials in gorgeous designs. The rhinestones were prong set into either rhodium plated or gold plated metal. The jewelry was advertised as “Jewels of Elegance”. The years of operation were 1947 to 1981.
